The meeting will be held at the Devine Student Activity Center at 6:30 p.m.

Texas Education Code §§39.306 requires each school district's board of trustees to publish an annual performance report that includes the PDF TAPR report; campus performance objectives; district accreditation status and any distinction designations awarded; the district’s current special education compliance; information on violent or criminal incidents and prevention policies; information on the performance of the previous year’s graduates in their first year of college, as reported by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB); and any supplemental information.

The TAPR report breaks down performance on the State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness (STAAR) by grade level, subject area, and specific subgroups of students. District attendance rate, graduation rate, dropout rate, along with student and staff demographic information are in the report. There is also a breakdown of the District’s College, Career, and Military Readiness information.

The 2021-2022 Texas Academic Performance Report shows Devine ISD received an accountability rating of "B". The previous accountability rating the district received was a "Not Rated: Declared State of Disaster" in 2021 (as all Texas school districts did). Devine ISD also earned “Meets Requirements” in 2022 Special Education Determination Status.
