We know that we are living in very challenging times, and please trust that we have had to make decisions every day based on the best information we have at the time.

As we approach the second six weeks, we want to give families the opportunity to change their child’s learning platform if they so choose. We want each and every parent/guardian to know that you are absolutely under no obligation to change anything. The opportunity to change the learning platform is simply an option we are offering. It is important that we be able to formulate plans for the second six weeks and beyond. If or when a family decides to change the learning platform for their child, those changes have many implications for each campus as we go forward.

The first six weeks ends Friday, Oct. 2, and the second six weeks begins Monday, Oct. 5. Any and all changes of learning platforms for the second six week grading period should be made by Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.

Changes may be made by calling the respective campus office or by completing the Google Form using link below. Due to tracking and scheduling procedures, a separate form must be completed for each child who will have a change in his/her learning platform.

If a student who is remote and has a Chromebook is planning to return to in-person school, the Chromebook should be returned to his or her campus office on Oct. 5.

For parents who are not changing the learning platform of either remote or in-person, there is nothing that you need to do. Your child will remain on that platform for the duration of the second six weeks.

Thank you for your continued support of the district and the commitment to the successes of our students.
